iPrint is built around a QuarkXPress XTension or InDesign PlugIn which integrates third-party Content Management Systems and other data repositories with XPress or InDesign. iPrint provides features usually restricted to specialist high end systems to allow print ready, or near print ready pages to be generated quickly and efficiently; currently up to 10 pages a minute.

iPrint can use data from XML files, http connections or ODBC connections to your SQL database, Excel documents and various text file formats, or a combination thereof. Generate all product types, contents page, index, intro/extro, marketing information, etc. from your existing content, no matter the location or format.

Once created, the XPress or InDesign page can be updated to make sure you have the latest content, and the pages incorporated into your workflow as required.

Using iPrint for page production is extremely fast. Typically up to 10 pages per minute can be generated giving enormous time saving benefits to companies — a "must have" for anyone wanting to not only cut their page production costs, but also reduce the amout of time it takes to produce a publication.
